Any information that you include within materials you publish through the Service, such as by creating Ads and publishing them through our site or distributing via email, will be made available to other users who have access to such materials, and Justjammu does not and cannot control how such users subsequently use such information and materials. We urge you to carefully consider the content of such materials, and if you choose to include personally identifiable information about yourself or others in such materials, you do so at your sole risk. We may now or in the future offer certain features that enable you to set certain privacy options for your materials, but no security measures are impenetrable or perfect, and we cannot and do not warrant that such options or features will prevent unauthorized access or use of your personal information. Additionally, even after information posted on the Service is removed, caching and archiving services may have saved that information, and other users or third parties may have copied or stored the information available on the Service.

Once posted, our amended Privacy Policy will take become effective on a going forward basis as provided in the Terms of Service, except that (i) unless you agree otherwise, we will use your personally identifiable information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received that information and (ii) if you do not agree with any changes to the Privacy Policy, you may terminate your account and cease use of the Service.
